Beta FAQs

Why only 5 people?

I'm onboarding and supporting everyone personally. 6 is my capacity limit while refining the system. This is a beta partnership, not a scaled product launch.

What happens after beta?

If it works for you: Price increases to £500/mo in Q2, you stay at £150. If it doesn't: Full refund + I help you export everything to your own setup. No lock-in.

What do you need from me?

Honest feedback. Weekly check-ins for first month. Permission to use your (anonymized) results as a case study if it works. You're co-building v5 with me.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. The heavy lifting is done. You import the Notion template, paste a few API keys, and follow the setup video. If you can use Notion and Google Drive, you can use HELM. I'll walk you through setup personally.

Couldn't I just build this myself with Notion + Zapier?

Technically, yes. It would take you 40–60 hours of trial-and-error, multiple failed automations, and a lot of Googling obscure API documentation. HELM gives you the finished system in 90 minutes plus ongoing updates and support.

Are there recurring costs beyond the £150/month?

HELM itself is £150/month during beta (includes onboarding + hands-on support). The underlying tools (Make.com ~£9/mo, OpenAI ~£10/mo, Notion Plus optional ~£8/mo) may add ~£20–30/month depending on your usage.

I don't have a "clear strategy" yet. Will this still work?

Part of onboarding is defining your strategy: your pillars, pain points, and audience positioning. We'll guide you through it. But you need to have a message you care about and an audience you're trying to serve.

Does this replace my video editor / designer / scheduling tool?

No. HELM manages ideation → asset organization → analytics. You still record, edit, and (for now) publish manually. We're not automating your creative craft. We're removing the operational chaos around it.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If you complete onboarding, use the system for 30 days, and genuinely feel it added complexity instead of clarity, we'll refund your first month. No questions asked.

Does this work for teams?

Yes. The Notion dashboard supports collaboration, and Make scenarios can handle multi-user inputs. Just note: beta onboarding is designed for solo creators first.
